Our bespoke garden rooms are the perfect solution for working from home, running a business, or simply creating a space that's completely your own. Every garden in Sunderland is different, so every room starts with three questions: what you want to use it for, how much space you have, and where it should sit in the garden.
How we build
Each garden room is built on site, stage by stage. The build photos in our gallery show the process:
- a timber floor frame with insulation laid between the joists
- timber stud walls framed up on the floor deck
- a roof structure boarded over with OSB
- timber cladding on the outside for a professional appearance
The finished room
The result is a bespoke design with high-quality finishes and modern insulation, so the room is comfortable all year round rather than just in summer. Power, water and anything else your room needs are talked through at the quote stage, along with the size and position of the building.
